1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- For sanitary reasons, earrings and personalized items cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@dkyjewelry.com. for instructions. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
4. Klarna Purchases
For purchases made with Klarna, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Restocking or exchange fees do not apply.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
